STRATEGIES THAT CAN HELP

1. DAILY CARROT SALAD or bamboo shoots to help bind to unused estrogens and flush excess endotoxins outs.

2. INCREASE CALCIUM either from dairy products or calcium eggshell powder

3. REDUCE STRESSORS – This is the biggie, deal with it, however possible.

4. QUALITY PROTEIN to nourish the liver so it detoxifies excess estrogens. I eat seafood (prawns) and free range eggs every day
