After 20 years of coaching (and after experiencing personal metabolic damage during that time), Cheryl has developed the ProMetabolic Life program. Based upon the documented and published research of Dr Ray Peat a leading U.S endocrinologist, this nutritional approach focuses on a unique combination of food and lifestyle factors that are empirically supported to increase metabolism, balance hormones and ensure fat loss in a healthy, sustainable way.
